What are accent planks?
We have two types of Accent Planks: KOR and NATURA
KOR Accent Planks and Accent Planks XL are made with Dackor 3D Laminates fused to 1/8" thick board. Both come with an easy to apply peel and stick backer. Adhesive works on walls and substrates including drywall, paint, wood, and metal. For interior use only. There are many benefits in using Accent Planks versus various flooring products. Flooring products like tile are a permanent solution and have extreme weight plus require very strong mortar. Many flooring installers try to avoid using tile, wood or LVT on walls as it requires a strong adhesive or mortar which may have smell and the weight can be an issue. Accent Planks, however, are super easy to install and you can cut with a sharp knife by simply scoring and popping the planks to the size you need. If you prefer a chop saw any simple carbine blade will work. Although you can install yourself you can also contact us for an installer near you.

NATURA Stone uses real stone but is peel and stick backed to make installing a breeze. With these planks you simply cut with laminate sheers or use a standard carbide bit chop saw.

Our standard stock colors and sizes can be ordered on this site however for an upcharge custom shapes and colors can be quoted which would be invoiced. Typically orders are prepaid via credit card however for accounts who order $30K or more a year we can set up terms. For other ordering questions please use the contact form.
WHY ARE ACCENT PLANKS FOR INTERIOR USE ONLY?
Our surfaces are furniture grade , UV durable with a top cap and extra lacquer for scratch resistance. The surface quality is meant for 20 plus years in interior furniture usage. This means the material is a higher grade than typical wall covering materials however due to our strict standards we cannot qualify our surfaces for exterior use. Some companies may utilize our material for signage on covered applications or for only a few years in such an application however our material has only be tested for interior use.
What can accent planks stick to?
KOR utilizes our proprietary high tack adhesive and is a non standard sticking product. Natura utilizes a lower tack adhesive that is meant to reposition easier. Both brands of Accent Planks, however, come with an easy to apply peel and stick backer. Adhesive works on walls and substrates including drywall, paint, wood, and metal. One way to test adhesion is to simply order a sample and stick it yourself. The material will full cure in 72 hours and has no smell or harmful ingredients. No roller is needed as you can simply press down the plank with your hands. If you have a textured wall plus a gloss or high sheen paint you may paint the walls flat or with a primer to improve the adhesion quality.
Since every wall has a different texture and different paint formulation it is impossible for us to warranty adhesion however in a worst case scenario you may use brad nails which are inconspicuous to pop a plank into a trouble area.

Can natura stone be sealed?
We won't recommend any brands but do want to share that some customers has had success with sealing. A Sealer can be a good option to protect NATURA Stone. This will make it easier to clean up after splashes or spills. After a test conducted with 2 coats of sealer, there is no noticeable difference in color. PDF of sealer test is below.

SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Returns: We offer free returns for products within 30 days of delivery. Materials must be unused and returned in full. Free returns are not applicable on orders that have received custom or discounted pricing, custom shapes or on non stock colors. Stock colors are the ones listed on this site. If you would like to exchange products, it must be done within 30 days of delivery.
